Having previously supported Status Quo, The Darkness & Black Stone Cherry, Walkway are widely tipped as one of the UK’s best unsigned and potential breakthrough rock bands.

Formed in 2008 and only in their early twenties, Walkway are a heavy touring rock band, originating from the South East region of the UK.

All about the live show experience, Walkway’s distinct vocals, jaw dropping solos and solid rhythm section have created a huge buzz.

Touring extensively, including shows in Europe (2015 & 2016 totalled a staggering 245 performances), two successful releases in the band’s debut album ‘Top Shelf Content’ (Dec 2012), second album “Streetwise” (Sept 2014), plus national airplay on BBC Radio 2, Walkway have a huge national fan-base of all ages and a large ever growing online fan base to match.

Walkway entered the recording studio in February 2017 to record their highly anticipated third album, which is set for release later this year.
Along with this brand new set of Walkway material, the record will also feature a tribute to the late Rick Parfitt of Status Quo.
A cover of “Rain” has been recorded with none other than original Status Quo drummer John Coghlan playing drums on the track.

2017 see’s Walkway reach the 10 year milestone, plus play their 1000th show since forming in 2007.
